• 6 tbsp plus 2 cups, sugar, divided
• 3 cups flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 1 tsp vanilla icing (optional)
