Ingredients

• 1 kilogram strong white flour, plus extra for dusting
• 1 x 7g sachet of dried yeast
• olive oil
• 2 mixed-colour capsicums (yellow and red)
• 2 yellow or green zucchini
• 1 bulb of fennel
• 1 red onion
• extra virgin olive oil
• 1 lemon
• 1 pinch of chilli flakes
• ½ a bunch of fresh basil (15g)
• 50 grams ground almonds
• 1 bunch of fresh thyme (20g)
• 25 grams Parmesan cheese
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 3 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
• 4 free-range chicken thighs, skin off, bone out
• 4 slices of prosciutto
• runny honey, to serve
• soured cream, to serve
