• 1 small baguette cut ½ inch thick slices.
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ small onion finely chopped
• 1 stalk of celery finely chopped.
• 3 cloves of garlic minced.
• 4 oz cream cheese cut into small cubes.
• ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup Fontina cheese
• 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers Spice Blend
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 green onion thinly sliced.
• Paprika- garnish
