Mexican Casserole - A Duck's Oven

Ingredients

• 2 cups minute rice
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1 tbsp bacon fat
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp salt.
• 2 cans pinto beans
• 1 lb ground beef (browned and fat drained)
• 1 can corn
• 1/4 cup salsa or picante sauce
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp chopped cilantro
• Hot sauce
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Crushed chips
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Sour cream
• Cilantro
