Ingredients

• 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cut crosswise into thin strips
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 12 ounces cream cheese
• 2 cans (15 ounces each) yellow corn, drained
• 2 cans (14 ounces each) creamed corn
• 2 cans (15 ounces each) white hominy, drained
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
• Heavy cream, as needed
