Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps - Circle A Farms

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs. Gabby’s Olive Branch Garlic olive oil, divided
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 pound chicken breast
• 2 – 3 chipotle peppers (depending on your love of heat)
• 3 Tbs. adobo sauce (that comes from the jar)
• 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro
• 1 lime
• 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
• 3 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1-2 heads Circle A Farms Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
• SALT TABLE Savannah Live Oak Lime & Pepper Blend
