Chocolate Chip Ricotta Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 2/3 cup flour
• 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 2/3 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips (coated in 1 tablespoon flour)
• Powdered sugar for dusting cake pan and for garnish
