Ingredients

• 2 cooked St. Galler Bratwurst (leftover from grilling)
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced into rings
• 4-5 cornichons (Swiss pickles), sliced
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt, pepper
• Fresh chives, finely chopped
