This is something my uncle made for me when I was younger, I found old photos of it and decided to remake it. So many good memories within just one bite, prefect for just a day in.
Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread (I used brioche bread)
- 1 slice of baby Swiss cheese
- 1 slice if ham
- 3 slices of bacon
- Mayo
- 1-2 eggs (hard boil), 2 tablespoon of mayo, 2 teaspoon of pickle juice
- Hotsauce (optional)
