Ingredients

• 3 green zucchini (about 500g in total), finely sliced lengthways
• 3 grey zucchini (about 500g in total), finely sliced lengthways
• finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• ½ cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons roughly chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
