Ingredients

• 1 Large Onion, Cut into thin Slices
• 1 Large Green Pepper Cut into thin Slices
• 1 1/2 pounds beef steak or venison, any cut
• 1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix (homemade works great!)
• 1/3 c. Olive Oil
• 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
