Red velvet ghost cupcakes - NOMU

Ingredients

• 1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Cake Batter Mix
• 2 large eggs
• 80g unsalted butter, melted and cooled (or 1/3 cup vegetable oil)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) buttermilk
• A few drops red gel food colouring (see Tips)
• 1 tbsp NOMU Cocoa Powder, sifted
• 3 large egg whites (about 90g)
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• Pinch NOMU Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp NOMU Vanilla Essence
• Round black sprinkles, to decorate
