Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
• 2 tablespoons mascarpone or cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons Fusitni's Herbs de Provence olive oil
• 4 - 5oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 4 large slices of Emmentaler or Swiss cheese
• 8 thin slices of ham (approx 4 oz)
