• 1 medium onion diced.
• 5 garlic cloves, minced.
• 1-pound sliced mushrooms
• 1 tablespoon chopped thyme.
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 4 cups chicken stock
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons chopped thyme & fresh parsley for garnish
