Ingredients

• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg, plus 1 large egg yolk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp yuzu juice (or 1 tsp fresh grapefruit zest + 1 tbsp grapefruit juice)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp Kosher salt
• 1 ¼ cup white chocolate, chopped
