• 3 cups chestnuts, roasted
• 1/3 cup diced celery
• 1/3 cup diced carrot
• 1/3 cup diced onion
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
• 1 ounce butter
• 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
