Recipe #2 - Lesters

Ingredients

• 15 ml (1 Tbsp) vegetable oil
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 1 stalk celery, finely diced or chopped
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 bag coleslaw mix with carrots and red cabbage 454 g
• 1/2 od 400g package Montreal Smoked Meat, sliced round, coarsly chopped
• 1 large kosher pickle, finely chopped (diced or even grated)
• 3 minced green onions
• 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) sriracha (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 packs frozen egg roll sheets (454 g) each, thawed
• 1 beaten egg
