- 1 tbsp Siúcra Caster Sugar
- 250ml/8 fl milk, or milk and water mixed
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
- 4 apples
- 100 ml water
- 50 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 200 g Siúcra granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 g ground cardamom
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 150 ml whipping cream
- Juice and zest of 1/4 lemon
- 3 g Siucra Icing Sugar
- Butter or margarine for frying
