Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 medium onion, minced
• 1 small carrot, diced
• 10 ounces of turkey mince
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• salt
• pepper
• 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
• ¾ cup vegetable stock
• ½ cup frozen peas
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 2 tablespoons of water
• 1 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 cup Cheddar, grated
• 1 small red onion, minced (for garnishing)
