Jalapeno Samoosa Filling| My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken mince
• Oil
• 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• Salt to taste
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon jeera powder
• 2 jalapenos slit in the middle or chopped
• 1 bottle Jojos bursting jalapeño sauce ( approx 250ml )
• ¼ cup crystal sauce
• 2 to 3 cups grated Gouda cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup chopped spring onion
• Handful finely chopped dhania (coriander)( optional
