Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken fillet finely cubed
• 1 cup finely grated mature cheddar cheese
• Salt to taste
• 2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon ginger
• ¼ cup chopped jalapeños
• ¼ cup jalapeño sauce (I used jo jo brand)
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoon chicken spice
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ⅓ cup finely chopped coriander
• Bread crumbs
