One of my favourite pasta sauces is a hearty bolognese with lots of parmesan on top, and this one requires barely any prep if you already have the braised beef on hand!

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 can San Marzano tomatoes (or crushed) (796 mL/28 fl oz)
- 1/3 portion braised beef (~1 cup)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup pasta water
- 500 g cavatappi pasta
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan
