Avocado Pie with Cookie Crumb Crust - Camposol

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C fine cookie crumbs, ground but not pulverized
• 3 to 4 Tbsp white or brown sugar
• 1/3 C melted unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
• 1 (9-inch) cookie crumb pie shell, frozen
• 1 C mashed avocado
• 1 C Greek yogurt or cream (or 1/2 C yogurt and 1/2 C full-fat cream for added richness)
• 1 C white sugar
• 1/2 C pineapple juice
• 1/2 C orange juice
• 1/4 C lime or lemon juice
• 1 tsp almond extract
