Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 3 kohlrabi bulbs
• 7 small carrots
• 1-2 cups of bread sliced into small cubes (any nice loaf will do)
• fresh rosemary, thyme, parsley to taste
• salt and pepper to taste
• 3-4 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup light cream
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• handful of sunflower seeds
