Meatloaf With Honey BBQ Glaze

Ingredients

• GROUND BEEF PRIME RIB, THAWED 2 LBS.
• FRESHLY GROUND WFF BLACK PEPPERCORNS ½ TSP.
• WFF COARSE SEA SALT 2 TSP.
• 6 oz. Oats
• 6 oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
• 1 Carrot, peeled and grated
• ½ Onion, finely chopped
• 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
• ¾ tsp. Thyme
• ¾ tsp. Oregano
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
• tsp. Paprika
• 1 large egg or 2 small
• ½ Cup Ketchup
• 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. Honey
• Mix all ingredients in a bowl and reserve until ready to use.
