Applesauce Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pounds finely ground lean beef
• 1 cup breadcrumbs (I use seasoned breadcrumbs)
• 2 eggs
• 1 can (16-ounce or less) unsweetened applesauce
• 1/4 cup grated onion
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup water
