Ingredients

• 2 cups (50 mL) Ontario whole milk
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Ontario 35% whipping cream
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped white chocolate
• 1 tsp (10 mL) vanilla
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) pure pumpkin puree
• 3/4 tsp (3 mL) pumpkin pie spice
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) chocolate or pumpkin spice liqueur (optional)
• Ontario 35% Whipped Cream (to taste)
• Caramel Sauce or Maple Syrup (to taste)
• Shaved white chocolate (to taste)
