Ingredients
- 1 lb sandwich steak
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp dry red wine
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 box or bag of lettuce, kale, arugula or spinach
- 1 chopped pepper (I like to do 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow)
- 1 medium chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup whole wheat croutons
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- gravy from meat
