Masala Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg fillets/ chicken pieces
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose blend
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• Few drops saffron essence
• 3 tablespoon Tomato 🍅 sauce
• 2 teaspoon tomato 🍅 paste
• 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 3 big spoons ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
