• 1 large onion – finely diced
• 1 large green bell pepper – finely diced
• 3 stalks of celery – finely diced

• 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
• 3 tbs salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cups of converted rice
