Ingredients

• ¼ cup coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp dried, split yellow chick peas
• 1 tbsp mustard seeds
• 2 tsp fenugreek seeds
• 5-6 dry red chilies
• ½ asafetida
• 1½ tsp peppercorns
• 6 curry leaves
