• 500 ml sour cream
• 20 g chives, finely chopped (approx)
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tsp coarse salt
• pepper (to taste)
• 1 kilo small new potatoes, boiled and cooled
• 100 g radishes, cut into thin slices
• 100 g freshly shelled peas
• sprigs and finely chopped dill (to taste)
