- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chilli Cooking Paste
- 2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp Parsley Flat Leaf
- 1 slice of bread, toasted
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 450 g (1 lb) salmon fillets, cut into large chunks
- 1 courgette, sliced
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into large chunks
- pitta breads to serve
- Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season
