  • 2 cups Spinach (palak), chopped
  • 1 cup Bathua leaves (chenopodium), chopped (optional but authentic)
  • 2 cup Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 piece Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 piece Green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Maize flour (makki ka atta)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee (divided use)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 piece Dried red chillies
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 cups Water
