- 1/2 green bell pepper - sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper - sliced
- 1 bunch of green onions - chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- FOR THE SAUCE: 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. of corn starch
- 2 Tbs. or soy sauce
- a pinch of salt
