• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1.5 lb confectioners sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract, optional
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup whole milk
