- 1/2 cube fresh yeast
- 150 ml warm water
- 300 g spelt flour (Type 630) (Whole-grain spelt flour (Type 1050) works as well!)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbl olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
