• ¼ cup water
• 2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
• ½ cup thinly sliced purple onions
• 1 cup corn kernels
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 ea pinch of black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 8 cup romaine lettuce, sliced into ribbons
• 1 ea avocado, diced
• 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
