• 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, diced (seeds removed if you want it less spicy)
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. Paprika
• 1/4 tsp. onion powder
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
