- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- dried raspberries, to decorate
- Cream Cheese Icing
- 115g butter
- 115g cream cheese
- 2 ½ cups Chelsea Icing Sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla essence
