Ingredients
- 25 mangoes peeled and cut
- Add in 4 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
- Salt and chilli powder and arad (Turmeric).
- 3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups vinegar
- Add in 2 cups sugar and 500g golden syrup. Mix well.
- Add to mangoes.
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped chillies
