Chatpate Chane Recipe - Awesome Cuisine

Ingredients

• 600 gss Chana (chick peas)
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp Amchoor
• 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tbsp Ground anardana
• 1/2 tbsp Kasuri methi
• 50 gms Ginger juliennes
• 4 Bay leaves
• 1/4 tbsp Sodium bicarbonate
• 100 gms Ghee
• 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
• 2 to 3 Cinnamon sticks
• 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
• 1 tbsp Garam masala
• 100 gms Tamarind
• 1 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin seeds
• a few Coriander leaves
• 2 Green chillies
• Salt to taste
