- 200 g grams unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup cup (200g) caster sugar
- 1 tsp teaspoon vanilla

- 5 ½ cups cup (150g) almond meal
- 1 cup cup (150g) polenta
- 1 tsp teaspoon baking powder
- Cooking oil spray
- 200 ml millilitres crème fraiche, to serve
