• 250 g Curly fettuccine
• 2 pinches salt
• 2 dashes pepper
• 200 g Sucuk
• 3 pinches grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Butter
• 5 leaves basil
• 400 ml canned diced tomatoes
