Chocolate cake with goat’s-milk yoghurt and berries | Woolworths TASTE

Ingredients

• 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1¾ cup sugar
• 1¾ cups Eureka cake flour
• 1½ t bicarbonate of soda
• 1 t salt
• 4 extra-large free-range eggs
• 2 free-range egg yolks
• 175 g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 t vanilla extract
• Fresh berries, for serving
• To make the ganache, mix:
• 100 g chocolate, melted
• 2 T cream
• Strawberry goat’s-milk yoghurt, for serving
