Ingredients

• 14 lbs 8 guests 10 cups of stuffing 4 1/4 - 4 1/2 hrs 325F
• dried bread cubes
• 1 c sliced mushrooms
• 1 c celery
• 1 onion chopped
• 1/2 butter or margarine
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 T savory
• 1 tsp sage
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
