Loaded Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 6 – 8 medium potatoes , about 3 lb, peeled and cut into 1" cubes
• ½ lb bacon , cooked and crumbled
• 6 green onions , chopped
• 2 celery ribs , finely chopped
• 2 Tb pimiento , diced and drained
• ¾ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• ½ C mayonnaise
• ½ C sour cream
• Paprika , celery sticks for garnish
