• 3 bone in (skin on chicken drumsticks)
• 3 bone in (skin on chicken thighs)
• 2 1/2 green chiles
• 1/4 cup cilantro
• 1 inch piece ginger (peeled)
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 7 peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 cloves
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
