Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp grated onion
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 lb swiss cheese (grated)
• 8 oz sour cream
• 916 oz cans French green beans (drained)
• 1/2 can onion rings (preferably Durkees brand)
