- 2 1/2 cups Carnation® Regular 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Topping
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Garnish
- ¼ cup shaved chocolate
